- In the event that the initial project is halted for any reason, the funds paid can be allocated towards another project of equal value within Stellar Creative LLC's services.

2. Service Agreement:
- Upon payment of the initial deposit, a service agreement will be established between the client and Stellar Creative LLC.
- This agreement outlines the scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for the project.
- Any changes to the scope of work or additional services requested by the client may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost, subject to mutual agreement between the client and Stellar Creative LLC.

3. Intellectual Property:
- Stellar Creative LLC respects the intellectual property rights of our clients.
- Upon completion of the project and full payment of the agreed-upon fees, all rights to the final deliverables created by Stellar Creative LLC will be transferred to the client.

4. Confidentiality:
- Stellar Creative LLC understands the importance of confidentiality in all client relationships.
- Any sensitive information shared by the client will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

5. Termination of Services:
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.
- In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date, including any additional costs incurred as a result of the termination.

6. Governing Law:
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Amendments:
- Stellar Creative LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the client.
